Brad McDonald is a director of Godfreys Law. Now, along with being a Solicitor he has successfully been accepted and sworn in as a Notary Public. This is no mean feat and there has been a series of hurdles that must be accomplished prior to being appointed as a Notary Public – all managed and regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. Brad was sworn in at the High Court on the 25th October 2023, and is now authorised to take declarations, swear affidavits, certify a variety of documents issued in New Zealand for authenticity – particularly when a Justice of the Peace, or New Zealand lawyer will not satisfy overseas authorities. There is a high level of responsibility in this role, and we are pleased to support Brad in this quest.
